Sweet sour chilli crabs

Early of the month when the purse is still quite full, we bought a few crabs.  Then searched the net for chili crabs recipe.  I went into Chef Wans recipes and I would like to share it with you.

3 big crabs (cut into halfs)
a bit of chilli paste or chili boh
6 fat pips of garlic
6 fresh chillies pounded or blended
1/2 cup chilli sause
1/4 cup oyster sause
sugar and salt to taste

Cut the crabs. Fry chili paste till dead. Put in garlic, fry till fragrant and add in pounded fresh chillies. Fry till well fried.  Add in the sauses and salt and sugar. Put in the crabs. Stir and cover. Repeat stirring until cook. Hmm...yummy...
